Get started with MyOCCU Online & Mobile
You’ll need your member number, date of birth, Social Security number and one additional piece of verifying information such as the photo ID number on file with us, your email address or your membership password.

Select account type
First, you'll select your account type. Options include:
Personal: Choose this if you are registering your personal accounts or other accounts that were opened using your SSN.
Business or Entity: Choose this if you are registering your business or fiduciary accounts such as trusts and estates that were opened using an EIN.

Read and agree
Read and agree to the MyOCCU Online & Mobile Agreement, check the box next to “I Agree” and select the Continue button.

Verify
Input your identifying information:
To register a personal account, you will be required to input your member number, date of birth, and Social Security number.
To register a business account, you will be required to provide last 4 digits of your account number, tax ID number (EIN) and owner’s date of birth.

Choose where to send your one-time code and create your username
Choose the method you would like to receive your one-time code and select the Continue button. Enter the Verification Code you received and create a username.

Create a password
Create your new password and re-enter to confirm the password. Choose the Continue button.

Complete your profile and settings
Select the boxes to Complete Profile, Customize Settings or View Accounts. Enrollment in MyOCCU Online & Mobile is finished.
